We ship all over the world (except Russian Federation). The shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel, the shipping method and your location. You will see the total cost at the checkout, EU shipping over 200€ is free. 

It takes up to 5 business days to proceed an order. Once it's done, you will be sent a notification email with a tracking number and a tracking link. After this, delivery may take:

• Within Estonia: 1-5 working days.
• Across the European Union: 5-15 working days.
• Worldwide delivery: 8-30 working days.

Once the order is prepared for shipment, we will send you a tracking number.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address shop@naturalstyle.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods and send to package back to us. Please find all the information needed in  Shipping and Return section. 

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. To return the goods, you must not use them in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. 

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. 

We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order. We will make you a refund as soon as get the item back.
